| Wedding Day Ceremony Only $295 *Prepare time line for the day of with bride & groom *On the wedding day, will arrive on-site at a predetermined time to insure that everything is in place *Prior to my arrival I will contact all vendors to confirm the time lines for the day and be there day of to check status of each *Marriage license to officiant for proper signatures *Will distribute personal flowers to bride, bridal party, groom and family members *Will coordinate a brief line up for the processional if needed and give direction to bridal party regarding their placement and responsibilities in the ceremony *Will set up any and all personal items for the ceremony, unity candles,sand ceremony kits, rose exchange, guest sign in book or frame, etc *Coordinator will stay present for the ceremony and will assist with the gathering of items to be taken by the new Mr. & Mrs. afterwards. *3 hours of coordination service $75 per additional hour *50% Deposit due upon booking |
| Wedding Reception Only $495 *Coordinator will arrive at Reception site at a is Bride & Groom and venue contact *Prior to my arrival I will contact all vendors to confirm the time lines for the day and be there day of to check status of each *Assist guests with seating arrangements as needed *Coordinate with caterer re: all menu details *Will coordinate your arrival with the venue and DJ to prepare for your first formal introduction as husband and wife *Will set up personal items for the Reception favors, guest book, toasting flutes, cake server set, etc *Coordinate with caterer re: all food & beverage details *Gather personal items to be taken with bride & groom *6 hours of coordination in above price $75 per additional hour *50% Deposit due upon booking |
