Review the choices needed in the picture above then pick a Chip Color, select a Front and Back Chip Design
and choose a Saying or Verse for your chip.  After you've made your selections, come back to this page to
complete the order form shown below.  Click "Place Your Order" and we'll e-mail you a Proof and the Total
Due through a PayPal invoice within 3 to 5 business days.  If you are using your own photo, choose "Own
Photo" in the design box "A" and/or "B" and please e-mail it to us after you submit your order.
